To receive technical support, you must first register your product. If you purchased directly from us, you are already registered. If you purchased your software from one of our dealers, you may register your product below.

Our products include one year of free technical support to the original owner. For software products, this includes upgrades via internet download. Visit the download pages for MaxIm DL, Cloud Sensor, Maxpoint, MaxDome, Quick Fringe and MicroCCD for more information.

Registration is required for copies sent out with temporary licenses, such as licenses purchased through dealers. Once you submit your registration, you will be sent your permanent license. Once you register for your permanent license, refunds and returns are NOT permitted.
