Most questions can be answered by reading the user manual. For our software products, there is a complete description of every command and function in the Command Reference section. There is also a great deal of general information on imaging and processing, as well as helpful tutorials and troubleshooting guides.
MaxIm DL and MaxPoint require that you install the ASCOM platform in order to control telescopes and focusers. Visit the ASCOM website to download updates and to see if your equipment is supported.
